Intervals - 6x4min (80sec rec). Still feeling the effects of sickness heading down. Felt surprisingly ok once moving but kept pace at just slightly above uncomfortable until last rep where runnermdj pushed me into a bit more of an effort! Happy with the session and finish. 2hr indoor bike session. Mix of long sustained climbs (12-15 mins) with surges and intense efforts, pyramid intervals and high cadence. Tough session but really enjoyed. Pushed quite hard and maintained a high heart rate (173 max).
