Indoor bike. Tough endurance session. Consistent high work rate with extended climbs with surges, interval and pyramid work.

Strides - St Marks Park 6 loops. Back feeling a bit funny so no circuits, did some extra loops instead.

Intervals - 6x4min (80sec rec). Still feeling the effects of sickness heading down. Felt surprisingly ok once moving but kept pace at just slightly above uncomfortable until last rep where runnermdj pushed me into a bit more of an effort! Happy with the session and finish.
