Arthur's Seat loop from home. Start on MFD over to Nether, down tourist path, up the Dasses, down Pipers Walk, Crags going west, back up the bog and out onto the the Innocent cycle path home.
Nice clear afternoon for it, felt good and a reasonable pace across the whole route.

Intervals - 5x6min (90 sec recovery). Really enjoyed the session today. Slightly longer than usual - out and back from triangle. Feeling pace improving on last few weeks. Good push from Marco on rep 4 but was able to lift pace slightly and stick with him. Good session.
