75 min indoor bike class. Legs feeling the run last night a little but good tough session.

Evening run down Porty prom, follow the coast and loop back around Musselburgh race course. Not sure what pace I was looking for when setting out as been feeling rubbish all week. Got into a good rhythm from the start and felt really good keeping the effort at the top end of comfortable. Mainly sub 4's on the way out and slightly over 4's the way home....very pleased. Chilly night with head torch along the coast but enjoyable.

Arthur's Seat with Kev. Great day for it and feeling good. Usual 'easy' start to top of Nether, then down to Duddingston Loch, up MFD back over to Nether, down Pipers and finish on Crags west. Kev in great form and not able to match him up MFD although not too bad an effort myself. PR bottom section but fell away on the Wall. Might be time to retire those shoes! Good route.
