Lakeland 50 recce - Pooley Bridge to Ambleside. Recce run with Marco, Kev and Dave. Legs feeling tired from the start and took a good while to warm up but got through ok. Cold again in the hills with some snow on the ground but good day and enjoyable pace.

Lakeland 50 recce - Ambleside to Coniston. Recce run with Marco, Kev, Dave and Gav. Nice easy plod to show Kev the route and get another look at it myself. Cold in the hills with some snow on the ground but good day and enjoyable pace.

Arthur's Seat. Mark mapped out part of the 1995 world mountain running trophy route. Really good route.
Absolutely shocking run. Really struggled up the hills and fell away from the group. Tight chested and not feeling right so pulled right back. Turns out heart rate was stupidly high (never recorded levels like that (avg 169 / max 205)) so figure I was fatigued or had some sort if bug. Fine afterwords.

Very wet cold day...solo session around triangle. Felt ok once away and managed to finish fairly strong....pleased with the session.
