Warm up/ cool down to/ from intervals

Interval session - The Ted! (3,2,1 min x 3). Planning on taking it easy then thought I'd try and stick with Mark for the session who was setting a good pace. Slightly tailing him for the first half but matching and pushing each other for the second half....good session and good start to intervals for the year.

Easy cycle path loop with the guys. Legs feeling the session from night before but all in all feeling ok.

First run for the year! Felt reasonably good running so set out at moderate pace. Coughing a bit once finished so not completely recovered. Good to be out though.
