Finally did it - ran door to door, work to home. Because I worked till 7:00 and was so fucking angry when I finally left at 7:30 I figured I’d run it out till I had to get on a bus. Felt good the whole way, good pace 9s and 10s, heavy legs most of run and bad L calf tightness had to stop to stretch 3x. MUST warm up a mile and stretch first. Bad sneakers. Carried a sm water drank miles 4-6. Strides in later miles were like stretching and re-energized me. First day on SD may have helped.
