Running (Sprints - Run home from w) 49:59  5.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
Good run 64 deg. 2mi run, 30/30 sprints (20 mins/2mi), 1 mile run. Started tough but felt fine then great, could have continued. Traffic lights a problem and mask distracting, breaking out. Tot feeling neck strain looking fwd to resting it. I hate that my sprint time is same as my run time. 1) need light-free routes. 2) must write down plans - contacts, keys etc.
Lift 5:00 
Tried lifting 10 lbs neck strain hurts and want to get to bus to run before too cold (1h later now/time change). Did 2 sets bi 1 tri, 3 sets 10 back only / roller ball thing on upper back to massage strain.
