No plan - BAD. No intention. Exercising not training mindset. Beautiful day but want to be home doing crafts Cmas etc making most of day off. So ran fast for 2 miles (sometimes forgetting). Maybe do this once a week (Sat AM?) so I can see progress?

Off from work so ran earlier. Felt very strong and good. Felt I could’ve pushed harder just wasn’t sure about whether I should after race Sunday. My weird marathon hamstring thing is making itself known here and there need to stretch more.

Kept it slow first 8mi, had fun feel great! Need to bring own water (8mi!) and remember to turn off Strava at finish.
