I don’t know time or mileage but it felt like forever. Buses not moving so got off to walk and kept missing other buses. Could’ve been longer.

Running (Run home from work ) 21:59 [3] 2.1 mi (10:28 / mi)

This was my Tue nite run partway home (on Wed) but I planned poorly and had so much stuff to carry I couldn’t run without straining my arm. I tried shifting things for 2 mi and quit, walked the 3.2 mi home. Sucked v disappointed in self. I love this run and was so looking fwd to it and it was a warm nite. But that’s what you lose when you don’t plan ahead and commit.

I don’t know if I can call these Sunday Long Run again yet since I’m doing what I should be doing during the week (and am not). Felt fine, knees creaky at end. Practiced running light on my feet. Some sprints and strides. Have to research pick-Ups for Wed nite.
