Aimed for 16. Good run. Stopped at 7 mi to eat/water. Feeding too far apart? Feel fine. Pushing was good, legs heavy last miles need strength shuffled a little but paid attn and strides always save me. Same sneakers

I love this run home. It is saving my life. Great weather tired around 10mi. Good run. Just running for miles. Always feel great after.

Evening run (but off from work) - good run did less as an off week didn’t run on weekend due to liver cleanse etc
