Felt knackered after all that cleaning but I need to be doing more hills. Definitely wasn’t wearing the correct shoes but it was a fun challenge to try and not face plant.
I was planning on going on a run after riding but my shoulder, thigh and break was in so much pain after my lesson so I thought I’d just log it instead.

Wasn’t feeling good at all. My hip was pretty sore towards the end as well so that was also a joy, but spiked the majority of controls just came to low on some.
