Body aching badly last night and headache for most of afternoon. Full on virus this morning after a sleepless night. :( Ahh well, haven't had anything bad in at least 2 years.

Climbing 35:00 [0]

Bit of bouldering and free climbing in PE at school. Thought i would record it as that is all i am doing today. Body tired from yesterday and in need of a rest.

Running 1:19:00 [3] 18.3 km (4:19 / km) +420m 3:52 / km

Run home from school. No classes in afternoon and no buses/lifts available home so decided to run back. Along back road to Tough then through Kirkton of Tough to gain path up onto Corrennie. Solid climb up to between red and green hill. Down through fields and onto my backyard running tracks. Put in a 2.5km effort once on the road. Good run and wind behind me the whole way.:)

Strength and Core 1:10:00 [2]

Hall Gym - 35mins focus on legs. 25mins focus on core. 10mins on arms. Duncan had some really good advice again this evening. Body feeling strong.

Running 12:00 [3] 2.6 km (4:37 / km) +50m 4:13 / km

Short run back from hall. Legs felt surprisingly good given the millage of the last three days.

Corrennie lower loop. This was my original running route for ages and i would always try to beat my time. I remember breaking 40mins a few years back and being so happy. Now sub 40mins is an 'easy/steady run', not a max effort. :)

Warm up and cool down.

Orienteering 39:27 [3] 6.0 km (6:35 / km) +150m 5:51 / km

Guestimating time and distance as forgot watch. Note to self: check control codes, especially when the planner puts two controls of the same feature on the same ridge. MP but good run otherwise.

Easy morning run round tracks and road.

Running 22:00 [3] 5.3 km (4:09 / km) +100m 3:48 / km

Warm Up and Cool Down, quite pleasant and feeling good.

Running intervals 12:00 [5] 3.8 km (3:09 / km) +10m 3:07 / km

12 × 1mins. Round grassy field in Haughton park, pretty soft ground, but good for legs. Ground wasn't too saturated but still didn't escape without mud covered legs. Felt like there was speed in the legs and could have probably done a few more but quite happy to cap it at this.
