A start back! Cough/breathing not a problem fine, but legs very tight and uncomfy. Very tight hamstrings, noticeable when descending, not good. I suppose that's what happens when you don't stretch or exercise for a week. Will need to do some serious stretching/rolling to sort this. Nice run though from Inver up to hill on south side and cracking views!

Felt cough a little this morning before heading out, but not badly. Was in desperate need of fresh air and an endorphin kick form exercise, but decided running might be too much of a push! Pleasantly surprised by how much of my MTB skills/judgement were still there after not touching a bike in over 3months. Good fun, and nice to be out.

Feeling alot better. All symptoms gone except from a nasty throaty cough, but nothing that I feel would be a problem. Away in Glasgow for interview all-day so no chance to run, but probably for the better. Will hopefully make a start back this weekend.

Night O at Coresarder - Ambitiously tried to do the long but decided to cut it after first half as i was feeling grotty. Running got the cold going but wasn't too bad, legs felt very weak and tight, which was pretty uncomfy.

Good navigation in their and pleased i was able to stop myself from doing too much.

Feeling better today, still not back to 100% but sinuses/cold will no doubt be irritating for at least another week. Will hopefully make the DNC tomorrow.
