I designed a course and we went to run it with Ethan and Keegan. First real orienteering course for me in a long time and my knee felt surprisingly good. I was able to run the course which I was super happy about!
I talked to the school's trainer and we came up with a program for me to slowly get back to running. I biked at the gym for 30min and then did elliptical for 10min. It felt great!!
