FIN5 day 3. We went to the competition center early in the morning to follow the WUOC middle, they had a big screen there. It was a super hot day, I drank a lot of water before the race and my race went fine. I was doing pretty well in the beginning, I was 2nd fastest to #4 but then I lost over 3 minutes on the next leg... but the course was good and the terrain was fun! I came in 7th.

Fin5 rest day. Went to the beach in the morning and then to the WUOC sprint relay. Got to see a lot of Americans there, it was great! Middle tomorrow.

Fin5 race 2. Long distance, it didn't go too well. I made some stupid mistakes but running felt great. The course wasn't very good, I don't know why they give us 4 road running legs in M18Elite...
