WU, 8x800m jog recovery (some faster than should have been in hind sight), WD

Only lass, enjoyed it, this I was faster than last time I did this session.

Keep needing a wee after the first rep which is irritating, must try not to realise I'm a bit dehydrated a few hours before going to running
