23km for a 23 year old

Best run ever with Nic, slight reccy of Edale champs race route....
So so much snow in places, runable in bits where it was compacted, otherplaces was thigh deep and jumping in Nic's foot prints

All the best birthdays have snow on them!

Running (off road) (Snowy Barrow) 55:33 [3] 5.8 km (9:35 / km) +386m 7:11 / km

Hour with Boris, slow going due to snow drifts, absolutely beautiful day and the dog was so so well behaved!
Loved seeing him chasing snow he was disturbing down hill

Very happy spaniel!

Thursday Jan 18 #

Running (off road) (Snowy run) 1:30:18 [3] 9.9 km (9:07 / km) +490m 7:19 / km

Started off as an attempt at Grisedale pike, however soon became apparent that the cloud was thick and not a cloud inversion. Wind increased and then fella infront of me turned back so was making tracks in deep snow with no one following me up. Decided to call it quits as was on my own so hopped into Whinlatter, making fresh tracks in the pow in the forest was bliss!
