Was planning on running in the morning before brekkie, but a lie in was had instead.
Ran waaaaay to soon after lunch but didn't really have a choice as Lucy, Adam and Brendad are coming soon (Yay!)
Felt very very sick but such is life!

Was wanting to try a 30km run but forgot any food so settled for 20 instead
