Tired legs, felt hard, aware I've done a fair lot of effort in the last 4 days so to be expected and also mindful I don't wanna break myself. But only choice since I'm on nights now.

Felt good and strong, not the slowest!! Hopefully due to improvements rather than shortness of reps

Felt reaaally weird today, bit nauseous and like tight/mildly crampy torso and mild mild almost painful sensation in right lower quadrant. Similar to issues last summer.
Run seemed to improve things, was gonna gym as well but decided not to push it.

Must visit doctors sooner than last summer if persists
