Note

Calves have been tight over night at work.
Woke up at 4 with the view of going and doing an interval session, did a bit of rolling etc and decided this was less than sensible
Will run home from work tomorrow AM and see how it goes

Running (road) (Golf course loop) 45:21 [2] 7.8 km (5:49 / km) +163m 5:16 / km

Calves dissapointingly tight. Thinking a few days off would cure it but dont want to interrupt this block with Duddon looming

Running (off road) long (Yorkshire Peaks) 3:36:02 [3] 28.0 km (7:43 / km) +1060m 6:29 / km

Lush day, treated myself to a proper run.
Ingleborough, went the slightly longer way up and came down under Simon Fell. Ran all the way up the fell so pleased with that.
Really hot out so slight detour via car for more water and suncream. Think I drank like 1-2l but needed it.

The up Pen-Y-Ghent, ran up to the scrambly bit then played dodge the walkers.
One woman boldly claiming that Pen-Y-Ghent was steeper than the highest mountain in England....
Tired and ready to finish in last couple of K but felt really good for the rest. ware of calves but not bad at all really
