Ariana Grande's new album is making my life, Boris has been staying with me and Jenn all week, the sunset was beautiful, legs feel grand, first t-shirt run of the year and I'VE GOT A JOB IN MIDDLESBROUGH!!

Weird tweak in the side of my heel going up the hill but settled off, have a feeling I need some new shoes or something

Felt a bit sicky early on due to cold but having a lovely time untill about 10km in when my bladder decided it wasnt over the whole cystitis thing. Horrid 15km of wanting to wee all of the time, if I could have clawed out my own bladder or cut this run short I would have done.
All fun and games bargaining with myself about when I would let myself have a wee that wasnt there
