Beaaaaaautiful evening for it. Tried bloody hard. Really pleased especially as legs felt like shite yesterday but no bother today!
Meters behind Dad all the way up, thought I’d have him but he was better coming down and pulled away.
Actually felt I climbed better than I descended today which is a novelty.
Major jelly legs on track. Good race! Would do again

Blake from fangsbrow and up coffin route. Ground is so dry!! Legs still feeling a bit tired on hills from Saturday. Nice nip out! Didn’t see many folk at all

First swim in the new wetsuit! Went with mikki, which was good for a few tips and bit of confidence with the whole dark water below thing.
Bloody cold which was fine everywhere apart from my face.
Proper FG training can begin..
Be nice to swim every lake in the lakes
