First run together as fiancés! Absolute struggle!! Legs tired after yesterday but avoided major DOMS from gym. Bit under fed and watered I think

Cool down, stop start picking up other people’s fecking litter in a park with loads of sodding bins! How hard can it be?!?

Albert parkrun. Absolutely tipping it down, legs tired from Wednesday. Minute slower than last time, kind of expected. Legs didn’t have any get up and go but good to move the legs a bit after Wednesday

Light gym work, mostly core and very very light squats. Don’t want DOMs to ruin long run tomorrow or to injure by diving back in too quick

Chilled swim with Beth and josh, in skins. Avoiding the weeds and fish!

Recovery, really hot! So slow. Calf niggling and chub rub getting sore so cut short.
Legs tired but no DOMS probably means I didn’t push in the latter half of the race so probably means I set off too fast

More hilly trail than fell but good fun! 6th lady
Set off a bit too fast, felt good on incline and was just behind 4th lady who was slowing on the up but another lass came climbing past like I’ve never seen anyone else go up hill!
Recaught her on the flat but just popped once we got back onto the main track. Felt really sick and legs like jelly and couldn’t push how I’d like for the remaining 3/4km

Sooo hot out and on period so maybe what caused sickness or was just trying hard!
