Parked up at clay banks, up the incline and up and down 3/4 tops. Not a bad larl run. Would be good to get the 4th in but foot felt weird and was quite tired from last night.

Just stuck with nick (not barber), felt comfortable but with effort! Haven’t done a session in ages so didn’t want to bust a gut, super fun! Will be back when track returns in September
