Running (off road) (Frog Graham Round) 15:30:00 [5] 65.14 km (14:17 / km) +4520m 10:36 / km

Leg 1: set off 4am with Nic till latrigg. Was really doubting whether my body or the weather would allow this to be possible. Worst weather I have ever been in came across Skiddaw just as I was going round little man. Silly silly weather but at that point car and Nic would be at mire house so may as well get first summit and knew weather would improve as day went on.
Bass swim with mikki, loved the swims!! Can as a welcome break and made my legs fresh for all of the first climbs of each leg. Bass really nice and flat, easiest swim of the day!!

Leg 2: with Dad, barf to whinlatter felt gooood. Loved this leg but wind really got up from grisedale pike to whiteless which felt hard. Carrying a wet wetsuit by now as well which felt tough
Crummock swim: watching Ben abdelmoor sail past. Was forward is defo to have some kind of tri suit if weather was warmer for quicker change overs. Really chopping, max was such a help with spotting. Very glad he just made it when I arrived

Leg 3: Miriam and Paul helped sooo much on this one. Loved the climb up the side of melbreak suprisingly but red pike was suuuch a bitch. Wind was really up for the whole of this leg. Was really hard for the cross wind across to highstile.
Buttermere swim: with Miriam, lake sooo flooded!!

Leg 4: Rach FR and Tom to chat away to up to Robinson. Actually felt worse going up to dale head!! Was worrying about time a bit up to high spy but then wind was FINALLY behind us to catbells, picking up Vic, Nic and les on the way. Couldn’t descend properly by this point, toes had had enough and r knee sore.

Derwent swim with alice and Jennie. Worst swim of the day!! The waves were huge!! Would never have got in for an across lake swim in that weather if not so close to the finish

Last push down the road with Jennie for 15hrs 30min. Slower than I wanted but down to weather rather than physical ability I think. In hindsight should have done this earlier in the year with a few weekends marked for this so I could have picked and chose in light of weather.
Also should have prepped barber more on what to do at change overs, the worlds most faffy support person!!

Absolutely loved the day out, thought I would have struggled more with tiredness of body and mind! Maybe one to do again in a tri suit one day. So so pleased my body could run and swim for all that time carrying all my kit and not give out. Cloud 9!!
