Dropped weight to concentrate on form and avoiding some knee collapse which has been sneaking back in when tired. Still feeling the effects of Monday’s gym, obviously was harder then I thought!

Core stuff, put my big girl brave pants on and bench pressed. Didn’t get stuck and die result!

Physio today. Another exercise added. Another week no running but then can add in 3 2-3km treadmill runs.
Feeling a lot more positive about it
