Bit dissapointed with squats, not seeing much progression unlike most other things. Think probably over thinking them as not doing any 1RM stuff so I’m theory should be able to squat heavier. Ah well, will keep plugging away at them

Mildly tight inside of knee and hamstrings but will just see how they wiggle out.
