Absolute dream!! Not been in the fells since the frog, enjoyed every step. Up whiteness, hopegill head, gridesdale pike, crag hill and grasmoor. All with nic in the snow, bits of sunshine and clag, so much fun. Legs feeling strong, just slow! Happy days!! Good end to 24

Hills 6x1min followed by 2 tempo efforts broken up by easy down the mud slide hill to avoid death. Good to feel the burn!!
Saw a pack of hounds, hoping the hare I saw was missed by them.
