Topping, hangingstone, monument. Slow, picking up other people’s rubbish. Annoying. Legs tired after yesterday. Feeling very much a plodder, long run time but definitely not a long distance
57km for the week, tired but body holding together which is encouraging

Stuart park park run. Nic said I should wear trail because it’s a bit of everything. He neglected to say he’d never been to the Stuart park park run. It’s all tarmac paths. Really slippy in trail shoes on the wet bits but cé la vie. Set off too fast and still managed to get stuck behind billions of people in the first bit.
Time better than I expected, hopefully can start chipping away over the next weeks/months

Sale fell. Legs done in now. Feeling good tired! Have had a good 3 days on the fells on the bounce which is enough for my legs to deal with for now I think, nothing falling off, pleased. Rest day tomorrow to pick our little lady up!

First run of 25, just so so happy about a second day in the hills! Melbreak and hencombe with barber. No sunrise, cloudy but a cracking day out. Tired legs, happy heart. 25 is gonna be gooooooood
