Out in the wind. Felt bit stronger than 2 week ago. DOMs when I woke up this morning and when started. Eased off.

Quicker than a few weeks ago. Set off with an ideal of keeping it steady which I did, but forgot my watch so think I maybe took it a bit too easy for the first lap.
Pleased everything seems to be heading in the right direction slowly!

Actually felt strong on the squats. Ankle mobility is shit since running had started again. Post shift, always gonna be a struggle
