Up the monument then clock ayton moors brown course. actually didn’t mind doing a bit of flag chasing. Slow going over the Heather. Then home. Tired legs and need a lot more sleep. Very whingey as a result

Improvement on last week. Bored of it being windy now, head winds, cross winds, no fecking tail winds!! Enjoyed this. Can’t do another park run until April now, so will be interesting to see if I can keep on with the positive movement!
