Note

Slept in a bit, just didn’t fancy anything once I was up and about. both feeling a bit tired after last week and then I’m 3 nights on top of so just not overly interested. This month hasn’t been very consistent for one reason of another. Will try a bit more next month as December is looming

Round Lynn Crafnant and up by Lynn Geirionydd with Nicholas. Proper welsh weather so could leave pebby in the van and run together

Note

Amazing week vanning with Nic and Peb this week, lots of split running to pebble sit in the sunny weather, but works well. Really pleased how my body coped with so much running in the mountains. Following lockdown one fell day was giving DOMs got tired towards the end of the week but tbf did put a lot of hours into a few days. Just felt tired but the end but no niggles or anything! Plus on top a lot of pebble walking, all good stuff!!
