Sunday Oct 4 #

Running (off road) 1:24:00 [2] 11.13 km (7:33 / km) +321m 6:36 / km

Run from the house up the Dodd. Really wet and rough underfoot. Slow going, lots of stopping to check the map on directions of paths that were very similar to surrounding bog. Nice to not be raining and to actually see what the north Pennines are like

Note

Good weeks training but feeling very ploddy. Covid -ve, so that’s all good but with the outbreak at work wouldn’t mind being tested every week till it calms down. Pulled off community next week and have split nights. Yay

Saturday Oct 3 #

Running (off road) 1:18:26 [2] 11.72 km (6:42 / km) +286m 5:58 / km

With Nicholas from house to Alston. Piss wet through, felt really really slow and no bounce whatsoever. Had wanted to not run but really enjoyed it on the way back

Friday Oct 2 #

Running (road) 24:39 [3] 5.3 km (4:39 / km) +22m 4:33 / km

Post nights, legs felt like turd. But managed to put a larl bit of effort in. All I had time for before heading over to Alston

Thursday Oct 1 #

Running (off road) 1:01:44 [2] 9.42 km (6:33 / km) +253m 5:47 / km

Standard between nights. Tired, legs no umph but did manage some strides at the end

Wednesday Sep 30 #

Running (off road) 1:03:34 [1] 9.45 km (6:44 / km) +253m 5:56 / km

Monument loop. Super shuffley, legs tired. Calf tight this am but loosened off with the run, think it’s down to the scabby knee situation

Covid outbreak at work, now only on 12hrs annual leave and 2 night shifts. A taste of my dream to work 24hrs if anything

Tuesday Sep 29 #

Running (off road) 2:29:51 [3] 19.68 km (7:37 / km) +752m 6:24 / km

Gorgeous day, felt a bit naff this morning, but had a good time out. 40min a bit quicker early on, the slog round the rest. X2 Roseberry, hanging stone then monument

Monday Sep 28 #

Running (off road) 1:21:23 [2] 12.66 km (6:26 / km) +311m 5:44 / km

Roseberry with Nicholas. Legs swollen from fall yesterday and a bit uncomfy with impact. L hamstring into glute feels a bit weird, again think from fall. Nice to be out
