Dropped off in Guisborough by Nic after we’d took pebble to the beach for zoomies. Focused on finding climb and hiding from the wind. Felt mentally tired but actually think my legs felt fine. Pissed about in the woods then ran home. Surprised by how much climb I did find!

Aware of Left hip/ ?IT band ?top of quad, will up rolling. Gyms closing again soon so need to focus on some home core things and try for some consistency

The usual, inventive as per!!
Feeling decidedly fed up as another lockdown looms meaning more separation from my family, feels a big jump from hambleton and Allerdales lovely tier one thing we had going on. Especially feeling a bit peeved seeing lots of folk leave their tier 3 areas to go on larl jollies but equally need to put my positive pants back on and get on with the coming weeks.

On that note: a few reasons to be cheerful,
New job going well
Have recently had a whole week at home
Could be a saving grace for Christmas

Post work in Guisborough woods. Felt a bit headachey and seemed to swing between feeling rubbish and feeling great. Surprised about the amount of climb there was!

Light but form felt good

3 super sets of 6xsingle leg squats on each legs, 6-8x chest dips

Roseberry loop with Barbs. 25min tempo. Fastest I’ve been along the tempo undulating bit through the woods. Felt good!
Bit faffy going up behind Roseberry because the merrels don’t like slight mud. Fun! Head torch, full leggings, mud and cags, defo winter now!
