North Sea swim. Getting cold now. Loads of huge waves which was fun and made us stay in a bit longer

Felt a lot better today but took another day off for rest. Hopefully still feel lively tomorrow

Legs just not playing ball today, just didn’t have that spring to them to push with but got it done and a lovely day for it. Gonna try and rope barbie into running my tempos with me so I have someone to chase rather that them always being on my tod

R calf was sore yesterday after work again, had barbs pummel it a bit. Better but still noticeable on pebs’ walk so another rest day just to settle is hopefully
