Out round the moors, focusing on finding climb. Pushing the down hills (mostly, some icey bits and rocky steps bits)
Felt pretty good, a little tired on the climbs. Felt done in yesterday after a long long day at work so was pleased with how I felt today.

Fun end to a super good week, rounding off a consistent January.

3x RBT. Pushed the downhills. Felt good! Want to build up to doing this as a long run. May need to borrow nics headphones for that so fight off some boredom

Track route around Roseberry and the monument. Super bloated, think after all the sitting for the past 2 days on mandatory training.

Round Roseberry loop. Long ass day on mandatory training. Not enough water I think. Soooo nice to get outside! Saw 2 deer and a fox!

WU, 6x 90sec hills, 2min off( 60sec controlled, 30sec all out), WD

Really wasn’t feeling going out in the cold but actually felt great once out the door. Loved the 30 second all out bits, really felt the body working
