Some work all playlist doing it’s magic! Borrowed nics head phones and found a lot of joy on this run. Climbs super slow, no traction!
Snow lovely, hail and wind, less so. Feeling refreshed and ready for a week off work now!!

Saturday Feb 6 #

Super easy round Roseberry. Legs felt a bit tired after so much sitting yesterday. Good to get outside!!

Will take this week as aerobic easy week. Work has been hard this week and have felt over all a bit overwhelmed. Body knows stress, not where that stress comes from!

Feeling tried and emotionally drained. This 2 nights sandwiched by 2 long days is a bit much maybe, also think my threshold for feeling meh is lower atm.
Encouraged out the door by nic, feel better for going out. Just gonna run to feel this week
