Sunday Feb 21 #

Running (off road) 1:46:15 [2] 15.68 km (6:47 / km) +531m 5:48 / km

Round back of the monument. Tired of climbs but felt good on flat. Lovely weather, way too over dressed!

Saturday Feb 20 #

Running (off road) 2:47:30 [3] 22.76 km (7:22 / km) +904m 6:08 / km

Long run, super windy weather, bit annoying with how stupidly long my hair is at the moment.
Felt really tired all the way but kept plugging away 3x5min (5min) at the beginning.
Shoes on their last legs, studs so worn on one that on gravel there’s not enough protection causing a bit of discomfort, so cut route a tiny bit to avoid the any more gravel

Friday Feb 19 #

Running (off road) 1:01:29 [2] 9.36 km (6:34 / km) +255m 5:47 / km

Easy monument loop, tired legs. Really didn’t want to go but glad I got out in the end

Thursday Feb 18 #

Running (off road) 1:37:45 [2] 14.31 km (6:50 / km) +465m 5:53 / km

In the woods around the monument. Lots of wild life. Legs a bit tired to begin. Niggle in L calf

Wednesday Feb 17 #

Running (road) 36:46 [3] 7.31 km (5:02 / km) +62m 4:50 / km

Road loop with 10mins of “diagonals” in a straight line, felt good!!

Tuesday Feb 16 #

Running (off road) 59:27 [3] 9.81 km (6:04 / km) +263m 5:21 / km

Monument plus some hill strides. Felt great!! Organic steady run, surprising after night shift. Think legs are just appreciating the sudden warmth and lack of snow (can 10 degrees really be called warm?!)
