Another beauty of a day! Rounding off the week with some easy super miles and climb. Legs actually not that bad after yesterday!
Just tired and slow not stiff and sore.

Slightly spoiled by picking up the plastic remains of a picnic, although they did at least have the curtesy to leave a plastic bag so could run with it all down. Some folk make it very difficult to share the same planet as them

Good week off, pleased with time on feet and amount of climb I’ve managed to squeeeeeeze out of the 200-300m hills round us. Think first 100km training week
