Road loop. Legs felt better than I’d expected!!! So GOOD ago be moving again!
R calf which was a problem during BG was fine for first 3km then a bit niggly but manageable and didn’t worsen
L calf which was fine on BG but niggly In training was a bit niggly setting off
Legs felts a bit Betty spaghetti, a few other niggles for a few mins here and there. Good reminded to keep on with strength stuff and to not rush recovery
