Warm up, should have jogged to registration, could have done with longer warm up

Fairfield horseshoe. 14th lass.
Not a bad race but not a great one. Felt I was climbing so well. Legs tired on the down so don’t think I could have done any more. Maybe a bit disappointed but then don’t feel like I can be because I tried hard, enjoyed myself and don’t think I could have gone faster today. Pleased that I feel so strong going up hill though

I’m right before my period, my best performances are never at this time in the cycle. Especially when it’s hot. Maybe not recovered as sensibly as I should have after GL3D but don’t feel like I’m overly affected by it.
No racing now until buttermere I don’t think. Excited for the classics!!

Easy scars. Saw a hare. Nice to get moving after a day of zoom.
Legs not too bad after yesterday but did have an hours walk to and from dogs pedicure earlier this evening

Helm session. Bloody tough!!
Bottom to trig pyramid, up hard, down easy, up down hard, up down up hard, up down hard, up hard. JELLY LEGS! Climbing mega well! Feeling a bit fitter and stronger, just ahead of vic this week. Think she may be recovering from 3 peaks still mind.
