Walk down from stickle tarn with Nic, Lova and Fin

Langdale long run. Bow fell via the band, ore gap, thunacar, pavey. Met up with nic and Lova and Finny. Dip In the tarn. Perfection.
Tried to run as much as possible uphill, loads faster walking. Had a lot of fun

Back to helm!!! First session since 16weeks pregnant.
Blue group, but actually a lot of red in it to avoid the red/black group mash up.
Paired sprints to warm up (shit at these)
Pair out and back, racing Charlie. Felt strong.
3 sets of downhill hard, power walk back up. Fastest at power walking, can’t push downhill, just aware of the old pelvic floor.

Great fun, good craic. Tried hard
