51k, 24.6km/h av speed, 124 watts av power. Whinlatter felt good. Decent pace along bass and towards cockermouth but there was a bit of a crosswind turning into a headwind as things progressed and I trashed my legs trying to keep the speed up. Flagged a bit in the last part of the ride partly due to a semi-flat front tyre. Brought food but didn’t eat it- maybe I should have.

Intended to do whinlatter but hit some grim weather so I turned round and went the other way. Got caught up in roadworks in Cockermouth which took a while to navigate. Legs weren’t feeling ideal but I think the wind was making things a lot harder.

Whinlatter with mum and dad. Feeling pretty crap, not sure what’s caused it. Now Tuesday and spend most of the day in bed. No corona symptoms and temperature seems fine. Not really sure what’s causing it but I’m definitely not well
