Middle race. Tentative start to the first loop but once I got the hang of the area I started overtaking a few people. Started the second loop at the same time as frank and stayed with him for the second loop. Fairly pleased.

WCOC colour coded - Brown. Phat 1.5k leg out the start which was noice and cruisy but then I dropped down a bit too much and added a load of climb on. First 4 controls were just uphill but then things got a bit more interesting once it flattened off. Big fan of the running at the top of leaps and the views were nice and dramatic. Took it fairly easy as I was a bit tired after yesterday.

Bracken was still hanging in on the main bit of the course fighting through it was a bit of a grind so I missed some of that out and did the forest but it’s not an ideal area so you end up on paths most of the time. Time is a guess coz I paused my watch for ages by accident.
