Session on the diagonal stride machine, I have a 20k classic race in February so I really need to up the endurance game… I’m not 100% convinced about the accuracy of the distance measurement.

Short easy hill reps on a small hill - climb is definitely wrong tho. Still not a big fan of roller skiing. Definitely less worse than I was but it’s definitely not an enjoyable experience yet. 6*1min double polling [2 min rest]. Meant to be a strength endurance session not skiing session but i probably need a better longer hill next time because it was a bit too easy. Only problem with a big hill is going down it…
