Cylcled into cockermouth to go swimming.. Wrist gave a bit of trouble in certain handlebar positions

Cycled back from swimming pool and was a bit tired after swim so took it a bit slower. wrist wasn't as bad.

Quick shred at whnilatter, legs felt tired on climb and halfway down descent didnt take things too fast as I need to build up confidence after crash but I still managed a few cheeky jumps. Trails were more greasy than KFC.
