Pre school 5k loop it was very very very cold and I was tired after galoppen yeasterday.

Did lots of running intervals sprint easy ect. Side steps and skipping. Bench dips sit ups press-ups and crunchies core work with a basket ball. Not too much work.

ok run messed up alot on 1 as there were alot of streams and only one on the map and my bearing was a bit dogy. 2 was well hidden but i was just off it so I lost 30 seconds.messed around abit on 9 as the woodland was confusing and I went way too high up.fineshed 2nd 6mins behind winner

Tried a new run . along the bridleway. Took it easy because of galoppen tommorow and left ankle/foot felt a bit sore.
