scale hill long 4.1k-Didn't go amazing but I had an ok run. stopped after 14 because some guy had injured himself and I didn't want to just run past.Torch didnt run out this time!

PE teacher was a bit random so we did some "challanges" which involved climbing up ropes and getting back down-we all got rope burn. And some very cringy dancing. Had to do a plank and wall sit competition so it counts as excercise.

Did lots of shoulder stretches and core work. sit ups etc.. Did a bit of running as well.

did the copeland chase 2 hrs. My route choice was naff and I only got 200 points (winner got 730). not done many scores events and wasnt really sure what the technique is but I tried my hardest .
