Boys y9 course td-orange 3.3k I had a good run came second over all so I was quite pleased. Messed up 5 and 9 though. Both naff bearings but I can't blame the compass this time because my dad lent me his silva nor 360 so no wxcuses! Me Ollie (heron-southward came 7) got 2nd place team even though there was only 2 of us! Also cockermouth won overall so it was a good day. I'll upload the GPS to routgaget later or tomorrow.

scale hill long 4.1k-Didn't go amazing but I had an ok run. stopped after 14 because some guy had injured himself and I didn't want to just run past.Torch didnt run out this time!

PE teacher was a bit random so we did some "challanges" which involved climbing up ropes and getting back down-we all got rope burn. And some very cringy dancing. Had to do a plank and wall sit competition so it counts as excercise.

Did lots of shoulder stretches and core work. sit ups etc.. Did a bit of running as well.
